EMIRATES TOWER HOTEL

At 309 meters, Emirates Hotel Tower is the Third Tallest Hotel and Twenty Third Tallest Building in the world and is incorporated with the latest state of the art amenities for the businessman.  It is equipped with 400 rooms, including 40 luxury suites and a wide selection of restaurants.  It is the smaller of the Twin towers located on Sheikh Zayed Road.  Together this set of towers is the Second Tallest twin towers in the world.

A five level podium connects the two Towers and contains a 1500 car park, one of the region's largest production kitchens, a laundry, function rooms, the back of house offices and Cafeteria.  A central chiller yard provides chilled water to facilitate the Air Conditioning to the entire complex.  The Sprawling surroundings are provided with lush gardens, landscapes and concealed illumination, spectacular to the eye at night.
